Prime One Consulting operates dealership detail departments for franchise stores in North Carolina, South Carolina and Kentucky. We started in 2021 with one dealership group. We still serve them today.
Our story
Built one store at a time, by referral.
We started Prime One because we saw the same thing at store after store: the detail department mattered to everyone, and nobody owned it. Sales depended on it. Service depended on it. Deliveries depended on it. And the managers who should have been selling cars were spending their day chasing it.
So we built something different. Not a crew, but an operation: a Prime One manager in every store, a trained team behind them, and someone above them every week.
We don’t advertise much. Nearly every store we run today came to us because a GM, a used car manager or a dealer who’d worked with us passed our name along. That’s how we’ve grown to 16 stores across three states.

Systems over heroes.
Good people matter. But a dependable department can’t rest on one exceptional employee. Systems make quality repeatable. Communication makes problems visible. Leadership makes the standard hold.
