How it works

Someone accountable to you at every level.

We don’t send a crew and hope for the best. We put a structure inside your store: a Prime One manager on site every day, an Operations Manager in the building every week, and leadership one call away.

The structure

Three levels. One standard.

Every day

Store manager

A dedicated Prime One manager in your store. They set the order of work with your managers each morning, run the team, handle call-outs, and do the final check on every car before it leaves the bay. Your managers deal with one person, and that person knows where every car stands.

Every week

Operations Manager

In your store every week. Walks the lot and the bay, checks finished cars against the standard, coaches the team and the store manager, and sits down with your managers to hear what’s working and what isn’t.

Leadership

When something needs a decision, like a change in volume, a new service or a problem that needs an owner, you have a direct line to the people who run the company.

What we run

Everything that touches a car before your customer does.

Your managers set the priorities. Everything after that is on us.

Full details

Pre-owned vehicles, reconditioned inside and out to one written standard and ready for the front line.

Clean-for-delivery

Ready before your customer walks out to the car. Deliveries come first.

PDI

New inventory prepared and presented the way the manufacturer and your customer expect.

Lot refreshes

A front line that looks the same at five in the afternoon as it did at eight in the morning.

Loaners

Turned around and ready when service needs them.

Service washes

Customer cars back cleaner than they came in, without slowing down the drive.

Standards and safety

The car looks the same no matter who touched it.

Quality depends on a written standard, not on who came in today. Every detailer is trained to it, and every car is checked against it before it leaves the bay.

Safety is part of the standard. Every detailer is trained on chemicals and protective gear and signs off before their first shift, and safety data sheets are kept on site.

We bring and maintain the tools, products and supplies. You don’t order a thing.

How we start

Three steps. Then it’s ours.

01

Sit-Down

We sit down with you and talk through what’s not working, your volume and turnaround, and what you expect. Then we look at the bay: the space, the facilities, what we’d have to work with.

02

Plan

You get it in writing: team size, who leads it, how work flows, and what “done” means in your store. Plus a start date.

03

Transition

We hire, train and take over. Your managers get one phone number instead of a department to run.

Not because every day is perfect. Because every day is managed.

People call out. Volume moves. Priorities change by the hour. We don’t promise a world without problems. We promise an operation that doesn’t leave them unmanaged.

One less department to worry about.

Start with a sit-down. Tell us what’s not working and what your volume looks like. We’ll look at the bay and tell you straight how we’d run it.
